Our boiler broke and we lost hot water hours before a the start of a 3 day holiday weekend. After calling multiple vendors who weren’t willing to come due to the holidays, Lloyd came literally within minutes of us calling! He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and very quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. We are so grateful Lloyd for your hard work and kindness. Would definitely recommend - would give ten stars if I could!

I’m so impressed with the level of detail Bright Star Service puts into their work. They came to service our boiler system and immediately spotted buildup and debris in the magnetic filter.. something no other company had ever pointed out before. The technician explained how it was affecting our system’s efficiency and took care of the cleaning and flush on the spot. My husband and I feel incredibly fortunate to have recently engaged Lloyd’s services at Brightstar for our AC repair.
