Pure bait-and-switch. Absolute rip-off! I wish I could give Bright Star HVAC zero stars. They are the definition of unprofessional. I called them out for a specific issue, and they gave me a reasonable-sounding estimate over the phone. However, once the technician arrived and finished the job, the final bill was almost double the original quote due to a bunch of "hidden fees" and unapproved charges that were never mentioned beforehand.
