Our boiler broke and we lost hot water hours before a the start of a 3 day holiday weekend. After calling multiple vendors who weren’t willing to come due to the holidays, Lloyd came literally within minutes of us calling! He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and very quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. We are so grateful Lloyd for your hard work and kindness. Would definitely recommend - would give ten stars if I could!
I’m so impressed with the level of detail Bright Star Service puts into their work. They came to service our boiler system and immediately spotted buildup and debris in the magnetic filter.. something no other company had ever pointed out before. Pure bait-and-switch. Absolute rip-off! I wish I could give Bright Star HVAC zero stars. They are the definition of unprofessional. I called them out for a specific issue, and they gave me a reasonable-sounding estimate over the phone. However, once the technician arrived and finished the job, the final bill was almost double the original quote due to a bunch of "hidden fees" and unapproved charges that were never mentioned beforehand.
