Ordered a scrub coat in May (wasn’t allowed to go in the store to try it on obviously), and it ended up being the wrong size. I reached out to an employee who said they are not accepting returns while the store is closed. So I waited for the store to reopen and noticed a homemade sign on the door saying “all sales final.” This is an entirely fabricated policy and was not in effect when I purchased the coat. Very helpful and engaged staff! I purchased scrub pants, and placed an order for 2 more in different colors. They let me know when they should be in, and called me when they arrived. Worked out great for me. Highly recommend them!
Bright Star is a very professional business. They kept me informed about my order since it was not arriving within the expected time frame. They informed me right away when every item of my order was received by the store. It is a great family owned business and they will definitely be keeping my business!
