We had a really great experience with Bright Star! They helped us fix issues with our water tank and heating, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. From the initial diagnosis to the final installation and replacements, communication was clear and consistent, and we always knew what was going on. The work was done professionally and everything is working perfectly now. Would absolutely recommend them!

Brightstar did our renovation and it was a very big job, nearly $50k in plumbing costs. Two times we had major discrepancies on our invoices, once being charged for the heat pump twice, and the second time getting two final invoices with a $3k difference. My contractor has confirmed with us countless times that the second invoice has errors and it seems the plumber and the GC are at a standoff over $3k and so Brightstar didn’t follow up on any of our deficiencies, and I’m talking major deficiencies.
