In our experience, she tends to cater to and reinforce dysregulation rather than address it in a healthy way. Great place if you want to self-victimize. Horrible place if you want to actually overcome dysfunctional patterns. It felt as though there was personal bias on behalf of the "counselor" directing against our stated goals.

I have seen a dozen counselors over the last 12 years and Lauren is by far the very best one I've seen. She is queer-inclusive, hilarious, deep, challenging (in the best of ways), ND-friendly, and validating. I have never seen a counselor who pushed me into being a better person quite like her. The office is also incredibly inclusive, as I have never had to call - I scheduled everything via text message.

I will echo the words of others here and say that Lauren is the best counselor I’ve ever visited (and I’ve worked with a few)! She was the best fit for me and has a wide range of knowledge in the health and mental wellness space! I am so thankful for her.

Lauren and her team are amazing. Best therapist I've ever found, hands down. A good therapist is such a blessing. And if you put in the work, therapy can change your life.
