I walked in, politely waited for someone, and when this individual felt as though they needed to address me, they came up to the front, stared at me with disdain, without saying a word, and finally demanded my last name. Probably the most uncomfortable, unfriendly interaction I’ve had with a store employee in quite some time. Walked out pretty fast.
Do not use this please for dry cleaning or dress shirt laundering. I stopped using this place because they did a very poor job on my dress shirts. Most times collars came messed up and shirt wrinkled. They don’t take any accountability and rudely say that they send them out it’s not their problem.
