Bright Star Carpet Service was very friendly and professional from the very first phone call. The price quote was clear, and we were encouraged to compare with other companies, but the confidence in their quality was obvious. outstanding service! i brought my beautiful, very old tibet rug to bright star carpet service for cleaning and repair after noticing some damage from moths. the team washed the rug and made it look fantastic. i couldn't even tell where the moth damage had been fixed, even after carefully checking. the color matching was perfect and the repair blended right in. i was really impressed with the results. these folks really know their stuff when it comes to carpets!
