I had Bright Star Carpet Cleaning replace the carpet downstairs, deep clean the upstairs carpet, and repair a damaged spot upstairs. They also cleaned my HVAC vents and dryer vent, which helped the whole house feel fresher and cleaner. The team did an excellent job with both the carpet installation and the cleaning services. They worked efficiently, were polite, and treated my home with care from start to finish. I was especially impressed with how seamless the carpet patch looked after the repair. Bright Star Carpet Cleaning is the one to call for carpet cleaning. we’ve used them a few times, so i didn’t think twice after our new puppies tracked in mud and mess and the carpets really needed a deep clean. Booking was very easy. I asked to be contacted by text because with 4 little ones, 2 puppies, and busy sports and work schedules, quiet time is hard to find. They replied the same day, got us scheduled, and had everything set for the following week. We usually have Jace come out, and he always gets our carpeting looki... read more

Jace was one of the most professional and hardest working young men I have met in a long time. He was quick to return calls, kept us updated on his arrival time, and made the whole carpet cleaning process easy to follow. Jace and Shawn arrived on time and helped us handle our rental move-out with efficient, thorough carpet cleaning so everything was completed on schedule. They went above and beyond to help us solve a few last-minute issues and made sure the carpets looked fresh, clean, and ready for inspection. Their work et... read more
