I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Bright Star Carpet Cleaning. Someone accidentally tracked tar from a roof onto my brand new master bedroom carpet, and I was really worried it wouldn’t come out. I called and Jordan arrived the same day to help. They worked quickly and got every bit of tar out—the carpet looks spotless, like nothing ever happened. Throughout the whole process, they were professional and kept me informed. I highly recommend for any carpet or upholstery cleaning needs.

Had a team come out to clean our carpets in Felton. We had lots of small pet urine stains from our dog, but they got them all out, and I was honestly amazed at how fresh and new the carpets looked! The technician, Jacob, was really friendly and professional. He even found one of my wife’s favorite earrings and returned it to us, which was so honest of him.
