Had a team come out to clean our carpets in Felton. We had lots of small pet urine stains from our dog, but they got them all out, and I was honestly amazed at how fresh and new the carpets looked! He was very professional, took time to explain which cleaning solutions he was using and why, and never tried to upsell us on unnecessary extras like other places sometimes do. After a recent storm, water got into our office and soaked about three feet into our carpet underneath some heavy furniture.
