john was very professional! he made my carpets and tile look like new. i've had other carpet cleaners come before, but none did as good a job. he was honest and explained the cleaning process and the cost clearly. there were no surprise fees or upcharges, just what was promised. i am very satisfied and would definitely recommend bright star carpet cleaning. i usually don't write reviews, but this was worth sharing.
Harrison came out to our place in Kansas City and cleaned our large area rug. Before starting the carpet cleaning, we had a quick chat to talk about what I wanted for the rug. He did a really detailed job and was very professional. Since I have small kids, Harrison made sure to let us know about the wet rug and how stepping onto the tile could be slippery.
