What a wonderful experience! After a tough weekend with pet accidents, I called for carpet cleaning because of all the great reviews. Malachi was able to fit me in that same day. He was very professional and did a very detailed job cleaning our carpets. He even gave my kids some booties so their bare feet wouldn’t be affected by the carpet shampoo. When I called Bright Star Carpet Cleaners in Locust, their schedule was full, but they let me have a spot after a cancellation came up, and I appreciated that. Malachi arrived right on time, which was great. He did a good job cleaning my sectional, and I was happy that it dried very quickly. The whole process was smooth, and the carpets looked fresh when finished.
I have used Bright Star Carpet Cleaners several times for carpet cleaning and for water removal after a basement flood. When I woke up to a flooded basement from a broken water heater, they arrived quickly and had everything cleaned up by mid-afternoon. malachi did an amazing job cleaning my carpets! my white carpets were covered in dirt, especially in the high traffic spots, and they looked totally different from when i first moved in. i had tried using carpet cleaners and even heavy-duty products myself, but nothing worked. now, thanks to malachi, my carpets look as fresh as when i bought the place. i just wish i'd gotten them cleaned while i was still living there, not just when i moved out. definitely calling again next time!
