I’ve had carpet cleaning services here in the past, and while it’s been a long time, I’m happy to give a positive review now. The team uses top-notch equipment and hot water extraction, which I believe is the best way to get carpets and upholstery fresh and clean. Even if it’s under new management or the same folks, I trust that they work hard to keep things looking great. Given the warm climate here, having truly clean carpets makes a big difference. Five stars for quality service and effective carpet cleaning methods!

we had a tough pet urine odor in our carpet when we moved into our new place in fairfield. it had probably been there for a long time. bright star carpet care came out to help. first, another company tried but the smell stayed. then howard and his team did a deep cleaning and it was almost all gone. they even came back at no extra charge to make sure the smell was completely removed. i’m really impressed with how hard they worked and how professional they were. we’ll definitely use them again for any carpet cleaning needs.
