Bright Star Carpet Care always does a fantastic job! After coming back from vacation, I found that my dogs had left a few accidents on several carpets. I called, and Maxwell showed up the very next morning. I have old wool carpets, oriental rugs, and wall-to-wall carpets in the bedrooms, and he was careful, polite, and worked thoroughly on each one. I needed my carpets cleaned and my neighbor recommended Bright Star Carpet Care. I called to set up an appointment, and Devin arrived right on time and was very professional. I highly recommend this company. I had stains in my carpet that I thought would never come out, but Devin did an amazing job and removed all of them. He also cleaned my recliner, which was covered in dog hair, and now it looks brand new. From my first phone call to the finished results, everything was excellent.

I called Bright Star Carpet Care on a Friday morning to see if they could squeeze in a last-minute carpet cleaning for both my house and my neighbor’s on Monday morning. They were able to fit us in and arrived exactly when they said they would. Maxwell took measurements, gave a fair estimate, and did an excellent job cleaning three rooms, a hallway, and a double staircase.
