Had a battery system installed by Brite Spark Electrical and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The install was done professionally and efficiently, and the team provided a great walkthrough of how everything works, including the app, which made it really easy to understand and use.
It's been 2yrs & we still aren't connected. I had a local electrician come out & he found out the wrong Inverter was installed & it was installed without isolater switches. It is also wired wrong so all the power is going to the grid. They also never ring back. I'm still waiting for them to come out & Install the Hybrid Inverter I paid for. Im paying the same for Electricity now, as I was before the System was installed but now paying for the Solar as well.
Despite calling numerous times and emailing for follow up questions to a quote, no response or call backs.
Disappointed had an air-conditioner relocated hasn’t worked correctly in three - four years. Had another tradesmen recommend how to fix it needs a whole new install and the quote to fix it was more expensive than the relocation
