Great staff, great pricing, great value.
What a great company! We came across Brite Spark at the Ipswich Show a number of years ago and decided on them to install a solar system. Unfortunately this was unable to go ahead due to a damaged roof. They identified the issue straight away and were great about it all, refunding our deposit promptly. Fast forward to now, we locked in install of a battery and bigger system and they were fantastic. Jhil and the team are the absolute best! I will never use another electrician again. Every step of the process from quoting to the day of install was so easy!
Overall good service, pricing and finished product. The most disappointing aspect of having a solar battery system installed was the lack of respect/care for our gardens, and in general our belongings around/under our house. We're left with a few broken pot plants and solar lighting around our gardens. It appeared that the Tradespeople were oblivious to our belongings and the damage caused by them. Solar battery system is good overall
Very easy to deal with and kept us in the loop all the way through the process of getting our solar installed and follow up questions were answered without hesitation. 100% recommend for easy of quote, install and follow up
