Horrid wax done here. The worst I've ever had in the city. The Asian lady doesn't even hold the skin down before pulling so she just ripped off top layers of skin - total novice and definitely not professionally trained. Walked out with tons of hair left over and she wouldn't admit that they were there. Ridiculous avoid avoid avoid.
This may be a good place for a treatment but I went for a treat and left very disappointed. I was offered two things without being advised of the extra cost, did not find the atmosphere relaxing and the receptionist was rude and disrespectful.
