Dr Tai recommended Invisalign to our then 8 year old child who was very anxious about dental care. Did not advise Invisalgn requires moulds to be taken out and put back in to eat prior to payment of the deposit. Why would you recommend a product which is so hands on intensive to a child who doesn't like anyone going anywhere near her teeth! Our child even needed the use of the therapy dog to allow Dr Tai to inspect and take images of her teeth because she got so visibly upset at her first visit to the clinic. Ben started off great, explained everything in detail that my daughter needed to have done. However, for the $10,000 we paid upfront, plus $2000 for removal of wisdom teeth at a different dentist, I expected better service. *We were late to one appointment by 10 minutes, he was angry and we almost didn't get seen, however every single other appointment we had to wait a minimum of 20 minutes. *When her treatment was almost done, he said she needs jaw surgery - this had never been mentioned previously, and my husband and I bot... read more
