I would not recommend this dental office due to a lack of transparency and accountability in their billing and charging practices. Initially, I called ahead, provided my insurance information, and was told that they accepted my PPO plan. They verified the insurance and provided an estimate of the co-pay—everything seemed straightforward. We arrived for the appointments, and I paid the expected amounts. Wonderful experience as always! They are great with my kids!
We love Bright Smiles! I have 2 teens that have been there since 3 yrs old and now my 2 toddlers had their first visit. Staff was very good with them and they had no issues through the process.
This dental office is amazing!! My 3 year old had the best experience. All the employees including the dentist was extremely attentive and friendly! My daughter cried because she didn’t want to leave. I would recommend this pediatric dentist to all parents! They’re truly great with kids! ♥️♥️
Dr Tran and assistants are so good with my kids! We loved the office and my kids had a great tear free visit.
