We just took our 3-year-old twins for the first time to the dentist and it was all-around a 10/10 experience! I was nervous bringing the twins for the first time for a dentist experience and the experience was a complete 180 from that! The front desk staff to the dentist herself were all just so warm, welcoming, kid-friendly, clean and organized. The twins & I can't wait to go back again in 6 months!
The lobby is cool, but I do not recommend this dental office…for a myriad of reasons. This was an overwhelming experience for my daughter and myself. I had to pay full price even though I had insurance. They said there would be a “few hours” delay if they needed to process it at that moment. I paid in full and figured it would be situated the next day. It’s been a week, and they “haven’t heard back” from insurance.
