Great dentists front needs some work. Didn’t tell me there was a copay and the amount I had to pay for my child’s dental work until I returned. I asked before and was told nothing. When I signed everything. Then the moment I called them out on it I was told they can put a note on my account. This is the first time I experienced a scheduled appointment that went from I didn’t have to pay anything then when arriving I have had to pay. Then they have an attitude because I’m upset I wasn’t told anything.
This was my first time taking my two sons to Bright Smiles, as soon as we walked in we were greeted and assisted immediately. Dr. Alex was amazing with the boys and all the fears they had went away. Her assistant Lindsay also made my sons feel very safe and even put a movie for them while they were getting checked out. I definitely recommend Bright Smiles
