Don’t try this place if you need urgent care. We called the HV office and left a message and created an appointment request online- requesting an appointment for my son who had been complaining of a toothache. No response. After 24 hours I called again and got a hold of someone who said “oh sorry, we’re really booked, I’ll transfer you to the Sellersville office”. Left two messages at Sellersville- no response. Love bringing my kids here. The process is always so easy, smooth and welcoming, starting with Sam and Amy at the front desk. Janel is the best hygienist. She’s so knowledgeable and fun! My kids love her. Her and Dr. Hunt made my almost 18 month old so comfortable that he sat in the chair alone for both his cleaning and his exam. My 5 year old does not fear the dentist because she’s been coming here since her first visit. Could not recommend this office more!
Our son had a dental emergency yesterday. 2 front teeth broke at school. We called as soon as we found out. They got us in immediately and not only cared for him but us as stressed parents. They time and attention, love and care we got are beyond what I can describe. Highly, highly recommend Dr Eric and his amazing staff!
I was told my seventeen year old daughter had three cavities during her annual checkup. After being charged more than 400 dollars to fill one, I decided to go to another dentist. The new dentist checked the records bright smiles sent over and then my daughter. He disagreed with Bright Smiles evaluation. The two teeth they were going to fill didn't have cavities. Now I'm wonder if the tooth Bright Smiles filled needed it. I suggest anyone going to Bright smiles get a second opinion.
Best dentist we’ve been to. Super gentle always in a good mood and holds conversation to make the experience better. Overall my favorite dentist.
