The scheduling process was very bizarre. They gave me a 3:30 time slot for the next day when I called and asked me to write down a bunch of things to email them instead of having a standard intake form. I thought this was odd, but I jotted everything down and sent the email. After I emailed them all of my information, they apologized saying the person who scheduled me was new. Apparently children under 5 can only be seen in the morning. My son is one year old. 4 years of AM appointments is very hard for working families.
We’ve been coming to Bright Smiles for 5 years and have had a great experience! All of the staff are great with kids and really take their time to address any concerns. Definitely recommend!
HORRIBLE. Child needs crowns because they failed to tell us about cavities. Numerous other dentists have verified based on their x rays that cavities were present and visible at the time they were taken. Places like this should be SHUT DOWN.
I’ve been coming to this office for a few years with all three of my kids and have always loved it. Today at a cleaning for my one child another one of my children had a little bit of a dental emergency. I tried to schedule an appointment to fix the issue. However, there was no need. It was handled so quickly and so amazingly. I’m at a loss for words for the care that my kids received today. Does not work well with special needs children, does not have a financial plan for parents who do not qualify for state insurance (or none that was given to us as an option if there are), they do not like parents that advocate for their special needs children and show clear signs of annoyance when procedures are asked to be stopped even when the child is truly struggling to cope.
