I was charged $500.00 CASH for deep scale cleaning (Borderline Gingivitis). Two weeks later, I had feelings that the gums were chafed. I left messages on the office answering machine about this concern and also that the prescription mouthwash was turning my stomach: my calls were NOT returned.
