The receptionist Karen is very rude and it makes me want to go elsewhere. I was trying to appeal a claim for dental work and I think she’s getting aggravated with me a bout it and actually knows my name and number when I call. She doesn’t want to be bothered with me and acts like it’s a burden to do anything that I was told by my insurance. I had to call several times to with the appeal process for more info. If she can’t handle the patients she’s needs to go! But as far as the employees in the back no issues.
Personable attention. Don’t mind going to the dentist anymore.
I was there Monday, for a triple root canal on my front teeth. They were absolutely amazing. And you can tell that they CARE about their clients/patients. From the moment I walked in til time to go they were kind, caring, calm. They communicated well (which is important to me because I’m normally terrified) I am extremely grateful for Bright smiles!!! I will add photos soon.
great place i will recommend to everyone.
Did not have to even get an appointment came in on my first visit had a tooth boot. I feel a lot better now I’ll get this place 100%.
