Worst service I’ve had coming here. I have been calling for a month straight after my appointment to get a crown and was told I would Receive a call the following day. Did not receive a call to schedule appointment for permanent crown to be put in. I have called multiple times everyday and left multiple voicemails and still a month later have not received a call back to schedule to put permanent crown in. They do not answer the phones. On January 19, 2023 I received a call from Midwest Fidelity who are a collections agency stating I owed Bright Smile Dentistry $408.70. It was the first I was aware of any money owing. My last aapointment was on March 25, 2021and and at the time of leaving that appointment I had my debit card out ready to pay and was told "there is nothing to pay". I refer to the review from Sindy Hayes. The same thing happened to me in 2021. It took some time to sort the problem. I also had to encounter Bright Smile losing the first partial I had done. In addition, I had an appointment on a Saturday which I duly travelledfrom downtown Sacramento to attend only to find, on arrival, that they were closed. I have been going to this practice for over ten years, since before the practice was acquired by the new owner. The new billing clerk, Meg, has been everything but professional , courteous or respectful. I have been yelled at and hung up on while trying to help them resolve issues between them and my insurance company. Their failure to fully disclose the insurance coverage and deductibles has left my account is complete disarray.
