When tragedy struck my family on May 3rd 2025 a car struck my home at a high rate of speed. I called BRIGHT SIDE RESTORATION for help. Ryan was on scene while the Hicksville Fire Department was extracting the driver from the car. He had his team on site very quickly to secure the electric,water and prepared to have the house structurally secure. I am extremely grateful for the exceptional experience and prompt response from Ryan's team when I encountered an emergency situation with my basement a few weeks ago. Ryan' and his team at Bright Side Restoration's responsiveness to this issue was greatly appreciated. His team arrived the next day and ensured my crawlspace basement was thoroughly cleaned and restored to its original condition. Truly impressive work. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend Bright Side . Had a hard to find water leak that the pluming company could not locate . Bright Side was needed to breakdown the bathroom and did locate the leak quickly . Then John helped me with the insurance from start to finish and was always available to give advice or lend a hand . Bright Side as a company is great but John is a great person and certainly will put you at ease during a difficult time .
