Ryan and the Bright Side team were very responsive in a water damage scenario impacting my basement. They helped guide through the insurance claim process as well as get the mitigation work completed very efficiently. They connected me with a contractor to rebuild the area which helped in ensuring my basement was restored to its original form before the flood damage. Would recommend for this type of service
On the eve of the giant snowstorm, we of course had a cesspool backup event, into our basement. I made one call. That call was to Ryan from Brightside. He was calm, focused, and guided me through ensuring I first had a cesspool company to come clear the issue, and then, within 1 hour, before the cesspool company was done, Ryan was there to manage the interior cleanup. It was immaculate, professional, and cost effective. It was a service that could not possibly be provided by anyone else. Highly recommend.

Ryan the owner of Bright Side Restoration and his crew did an amazing job! We had a flood in our basement from a defective HVAC hot water coil. They responded to the scene immediately, everything was cleaned up nicely and his staff was very polite and knowledgeable. Great price! Would highly recommend!
Overall, they responded quickly which we appreciated and the workers showed up on time and communication was great. Unfortunately, I am not sure I would use this company again. We had a water leak and unfortunately had some damage as a result. Bright Side arrived and pulled up the damaged floor and removed the counter tops and cabinets. We have no kitchen, just the rubble left behind and a broken floor. John assured us we would receive a temporary sink in the meantime.
