I can’t give any extra stars, which is a shame! We had a pipe break that leaked a good amount of of water into our basement and damaged a LOT of things. John is calm cool and collected and handled it like a pro. He put me and my wife at ease, most importantly. He and his crew took care of the initial issues and have been communicating regularly. The work was neat, clean and efficient. Highly Recommend.

We had an incredibly positive experience with Bright Side. When we got in touch with Ryan, he immediately put us at ease in a very challenging situation, and not only helped take care of an emergency situation, but be also helped us with the insurance company, finding a good contractor for repairs, and anything else we needed. I can't speak positively enough about the experience with Bright Side and Ryan. He went above and beyond to help us in every way. Cannot recommend enough!

Highly recommend John and his team. They were so helpful, efficient and effective. They took care of the project from start to finish, mitigating any further dust or extra work in our basement.
