My daughter had her first appointment there at almost 3 years old. They were very friendly and showed everything to my daughter before doing her exam and cleaning. They gave great advice to me as a first time parent navigating toddler teeth. My daughter is excited to go back again sometime. Made me feel at ease taking her there when I never had a pleasant experience as a child at the dentist. They go above and beyond.
Employees are all liars at this location, they stated they told us that our daughters insurance would be covered for her appointment. Only to then call me a liar over the phone stating they were sorry I didnt understand when they "stated" my insurance is out of network. I would have never booked the appointment in the first place if I knew my insurance is not covered here. Customer service is horrible at the front desk and the manager of the location. Absolutely rude.
I have a sensory sensitive kiddo who really doesn't enjoy the dentist, but Bright Side does an amazing job with her. We are so grateful for their care and patience
