Update: Brian and team have been incredible in helping resolve any issues we have had with our door. They have been prompt and efficient in resolving our issues. Their customer service is incredible! Brian and team did great work and were very communicative throughout the process. We love our new window and door!
We worked with Bright Side Windows and Doors to replace our sliding patio door, and they were absolutely incredible. The pricing was fair, they were professional, the workmanship was A+, and they kept us updated the entire time.They are a true gem of a contractor, and I would recommend them to anyone considering new windows or doors. We will be doing business with them again!
If I could give this company zero stars I would. Clearly I don’t want any door to door solicitors. Evidently the company either doesn’t care or believes that simple homeowner requests do not apply to them. Do better.
Great customer service.
Our house has a no solicitation sign that is quite obvious and direct. A sales person from this company just came knocking on my door trying to sell me on windows. I pointed out the sign to him and he acknowledged it but then continued on with his sales pitch. I leave bad reviews for companies that send sales people out who ignore no solicitation signs. You should discourage your employees from ignoring such signs as it can result in bad reviews such as this one.
