Excellent service!! They installed 3 Provia Legacy doors and their craftsmanship and detail is outstanding! They did all the door trim too. Their pricing was very good. Highly recommended.
After a challenging time trying to find help with my project, these guys came in and knocked it out no problem at all. Very knowledgeable, very professional and completed my project on time as promised. Install team was very clean and organized and the price was extremely competitive for market standards. Highly recommend! Thanks Bright Side Team
Update: Brian and team have been incredible in helping resolve any issues we have had with our door. They have been prompt and efficient in resolving our issues. Their customer service is incredible! Brian and team did great work and were very communicative throughout the process. We love our new window and door!
We worked with Bright Side Windows and Doors to replace our sliding patio door, and they were absolutely incredible. The pricing was fair, they were professional, the workmanship was A+, and they kept us updated the entire time. They are a true gem of a contractor, and I would recommend them to anyone considering new windows or doors. We will be doing business with them again!
If I could give this company zero stars I would. Clearly I don’t want any door to door solicitors. Evidently the company either doesn’t care or believes that simple homeowner requests do not apply to them. Do better.
