They've been cleaning my house regularly for about 2 years. They do a consistent and thorough job. They are very easy to get along with and communicate with. If you would like something added to their cleaning list or focused on they are more than happy to accommodate and get that done for you. I've had lots of cleaning services over the years and they always seem to fall off after the first few cleans. Bright and shine consistently performs well and I would recommend them.
Maribel and her team did an amazing job on my initial house cleaning! I’m so happy to have them scheduled on a regular basis. Along with all of the typical front of mind areas to clean they also clean details that you don’t even think of…seals in your refrigerator/freezer that collect crumbs, clean out under your sinks, and thoroughly clean all of your drains. We had agreed on an appointment date, time, and price. She waited until the night before, knowing I'm on a time constraint, to text and cancel. Unprofessional.
Maribel and her crew did an amazing job. Our new house was left with years of pet hair, grease residue, dust and grime. It smelled like pets and cigars. I was so overwhelmed at the thought of getting it clean while trying to move. Maribel is my hero. She and her team came in and in one day they made it sparkle. It smells clean and the appliances look new.
