Great atmosphere. My hygienist, Holly, was amazing. She is thorough and gentle at the same time! Dr. Kris was informative and helpful.
My appointment was so efficient and everyone was so friendly! I’m glad to have found Bright Ridge and if you are looking for a dentist you should too! Amy is the best!
I have been bringing my entire family to this dental office for many years, and unfortunately my most recent experience has been extremely disappointing. At my last appointment, I specifically requested to be scheduled with my usual hygienist. Despite this, I was scheduled with someone else. This has happened before, so I was already concerned. Loved this location for years. Then all the sudden the owners wanted to charge $3 to use my PRE TAX HSA funds to use my HSA card. I don't even need to pay for a service, but what a terrible business practice to want to take $3 pre tax dollars from every single patient just to accept their HSA card. This is a highly unusual practice and I don't think folks understand that they are giving PRE TAX dollars as a fee.
