Great service and prices given the location. The things I bought were equal or cheaper to bigger stores in less remote areas. Friendly guy (I assume owner) was honest and actually recommended i go to another local store to get the product i was after, regardless of the fact that he had a different style of the same thing which he could have easily convinced me would have suited my needs.
Zero stars if I could! Absolute flog (dude with a beard) addressed my 5 yr old daughter as if she was a grown man when she picked up a pair of sunglasses off a display to have a look. Said something like ‘I would suggest that unless you’re going to purchase those, don’t touch them’ I don’t necessarily disagree with the sentiment (even though I’m pretty sure it’s reasonable to try on sunnies before buying) but the way he spoke to her was appalling. Great customer service! Very friendly staff. Good range of gear and equipment.
Went in on Friday and needed lots of help. Picked up heaps of great items at a great pace and the staff were super knowledgable and helpful. Gave it all a run this weekend and it was great. Awesome to have a local shop like this nailing the brief.
Super friendly and helpful when we popped in to buy a camp mattress!
