My parents bought a policy from this company & had questions after the fact, but the broker, Mike Fedynisyzn, will not answer or return their calls. This has been ongoing for MONTHS, so I called from my phone & scheduled a meeting with the broker. He missed the meeting & has yet to return my call as well. 0/10 don't recommend.
