Will lie to get you in the door. This morning I was told if I come in to check on a broken crown they would need to take X-rays but would not charge my insurance. One hour later I was in the office and filling out all the paperwork. Then they let me know that what they said 45 minutes ago changed and now they need $60 for X-rays. Not professional at all.

My experience at Bright Now Dental was really good. My husband and I were both in a lot of pain, and when we called, they were able to book us an appointment the same day. The doctor took X-rays, explained the problem clearly, and was very understanding throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend Bright Now Dental.
I had the best customer service ever. There was an issues with my insurance company, but the Receptionist offer for me to pay for a checkup and X-rays , so that medication could provided until I get the matter with my insurance company straight. The fee was reasonable and doable. I was so relieved because I had been in major pain for a month and this office had a quick appointment, which other dental offices were so not accommodating. Edit 2026: still doing amazing work, I got fillings and they made my teeth feel all natural with an even bite. Much better than other dentists that have previously flattened my teeth instead of reinstating the grooves and texture that natural teeth have. They are more expensive than some other dentists but the work is high quality and super quick once they get you in the chair. Great place, they answer all your questions and are patient.
