Bright Mission Recovery, both staff and management, has treated me like family during my stay. My individualized treatment plan included daily groups on relapse prevention and coping skills such as meditation, mindfulness and breath work. I was introduced back into the fellowship of AA, having the opportunity to learn about the 12 steps and attend outside meetings. Weekly one-on-one therapy sessions provided additional support. Great detox facility! The staff is very friendly and helpful. One of the best detox facilities I have been to. You can tell they really care about you and your recovery!
