I used to think highly of this place but I've been without hot water since Friday. I called the property manager and she said that she would try to send someone out to my apartment. I've called endless times and now they tell me that the lack of hot water is not an emergency that they would come out on Monday. So I spent the whole weekend without hot water because they felt like it. Because it's not them. That had to take cold showers. Totally uncalled for. I toured Bright Meadows and I was extremely happy with the customer service Bianca provided. She made me feel comfortable from the beginning and she was thorough, honest, prompt. The neighborhood was quiet, the laundry facilities and gym were clean. I drove back on a Friday evening and spoke to one of the neighbors and she only had good things to say about Bright Meadows and their staff. I’ve been here almost two years and things are going down hill. The management office does a poor job at communicating things such as- price changes to laundry, dates of roofing maintenance to homes, maintenance staff no longer working here. These are issues that affect every resident. I’ve had mice issue for the past month (and at least two other neighbors have shared they have as well).
