Called Rich to come out to business to re-key some locks and possibly add a dead bolt. He arrived on time and was honest about coming up with another solution to a dead bolt that did not costs us anything. Very professional, fair and has integrity in his work. Highly recommend!! We will never call another locksmith other than Bright Lock $ Key in the future.

Truly a fantastic all around company…honest, professional, friendly and very reasonably priced. Was able to rekey locks at a rental property the same day. A year later I needed keys made for a vehicle, dealership could not help me because there was no Key Code entered when the vehicle was made. these guys are fantastic their fast friendly and know what they're doing. they quoted me a price of over the phone it was cheaper than anywhere else I called around and that's what they charge me when they did their work I would recommend them to everyone
FIVE STARS!! Very fast and polite, very reasonable pricing. I was a little nervous calling a locksmith thinking they might try to overcharge me, (I've recently heard of some scams going around) but these guys are definately trust worthy.

called these guys when i got locked out of my apartment late one night putting the garbage out. they told me where they were and it was about an hour away. they arrived in about 40 minutes [ahead of schedule], unlocked my door in 30 seconds and i gotta say the price wasn't bad. service man was pleasant and clean cut. i'd recommend this company anyone. the service was better than expected.
