According to channel 15 they lost their license. They still owe us $2200 which they promised to refund to us. Horrible situation
Ordered 3 windows, 20 weeks later - nothing. Emailed them and they respond “We are out of business, file a complaint with the state”. I did. I hope to see my $1130.
Response to the Roc allows you 50% deposit. Yeah but do they know you keep the deposit and do not do the work for months several months up to eight months That’s Call stealing from people so if people want to give you money and not expect anything that you’re a good company. But you have no right to even have a license the way that you conduct your business an ethical.
They took our money (half down) and haven’t even started the bath remodel. Unable to contact anyone. Both our salesman and the customer service advocate left the company. No response by phone, text or email. Not sure if they’re still in business.
