3 stars at best, for the work they DID finally complete, 2 stars overall. Attitude-wise, I'd give them 1.5 stars. Took 6 months for a 2-month extensive home remodel project, went through 4 crews, left trash they never cleaned up. Worse, they left the workplace (my home while living in the loft) vacant for weeks on end, no work done at all. They'd promise to come up then didn't, and would not notify me until I called repeatedly.
