** Update 10 months later: I thought I'd add new pictures now that Bright Leaf has also installed Zoysia grass for me to complete my landscaping. I couldn't be any happier with the new lawn and overall look! Grass is shown about 6 weeks after sod was placed. I absolutely love my new yard. I'm so happy I found Bright Leaf on Google. They were the ones who responded the fastest, created a beautiful and affordable proposal for me, and were able to start just a few weeks after that, taking about 3-4 days for an entire backyard r... read more

Bright Leaf Landscaping is a family owned business. I had the pleasure of meeting Jonathan and his family at Shaw's Karate. Salt of the earth kind of guy. We recently moved to Durham, and loved the backyard - except for the area near the popup drain, where water flows when it rains, and mud and dirt were the major features in the hardpan clay under the shade of the trees. Jonathan set us up with a decorative river rock in the area downstream of the popup drain, mulch in the area where grass won't grow. He also talked us out ... read more

I live in a townhouse community in Raleigh. Brightleaf was hired by our HOA anout 2 years ago. Over the last 2 years our community has really gone downhill with lawn care. Brightleaf has ruined our grass by not raking pine straw and leaves off the grassy areas and now the grass is totally gone. They seeded only some of the areas in the community, not all. We have not had leaves blown in some areas at all this year. Bushes are massacred by them just cutting out the dead areas instead of trimming them down so we have horribly ... read more
