My experience with Birght was not the best one. Even though I appreciate their work, they are so busy with clients that it takes a month to get a hold on them and at the end no answer to my questions, i was told to send an email with the questions, so add another month waiting for aswers. I was told several times that my case was not a priority, and that even though I already paid in full amount for my EE and PR process, i needed to pay extra to make changes to that profile.
Really appreciate Ooma for her help and guidance! She is great and caring.
I definitely recommend! Ooma Ramroop has been supportive and dedicated so far in the immigration process.
