I bought a very expensive table and it was delivered in a partially broken state. They said someone would come back to repair it. After a couple weeks no one came so I called them. On the phone I was verbally assaulted by Russell for not articulating well enough the issue with the table. He was extremely aggressive for absolutely no reason. Let me start with saying I normally do not put bad reviews unless it is a bad experience. I bought furniture from there about 3 years ago which was a 6 chair dining table that cost me almost 6k. They are great when they sell you something and want you money. 2 months ago I emailed them about having a scratch on my table and if I had a warranty. Easily my favorite furniture store in metro detroit. Each piece they have in the showroom is unique, beautiful, and high quality. Our designer Russell was very informative and helpful when it came to choosing the right sofa and mattress for us. Highly recommend Russell and Bright Ideas Furniture!
