Recently, John replaced a ceiling fixture in my home. He came promptly the day after I called. He was professional, courteous and accommodating. After the fixture was installed, we realized the ceiling mount was smaller, leaving a telltale discoloration. He cheerfully removed the fixture he had just installed so that I could quickly apply matching paint and then reinstalled the fixture as before. I would call him again, as he made me feel safe, comfortable and confident, and his fee was reasonable.

Fast and efficient. Called on Friday and Mr. Hill was there on Saturday. Thoroughly checked out the problem and repaired it professionally. Mr. Hill was very nice and very professional, and I enjoyed working with him. I would recommend this company, and Mr. Hill, to anyone looking for an exceptional electrician.

An absolute pleasure to do business with. Prompt, courteous and clean. Came out Christmas Eve and found a very dangerous electrical problem. Instead of making us leave the house, he eliminated the danger so we could have Christmas at home. There was no charge for this service and he gave us an estimate for the job. He encouraged us to get other estimates, but we were so impressed with his integrity that we wanted him to complete the job.

My husband and I live in an 80 year-old home that was experiencing electrical issues. We thought the entire home needed to be rewired so we called Bright Ideas Electric for an estimate. I started working on Christmas lights this morning and my outdoor receptacle did not work. I called Bright Ideas Electric and John told me that they do not like to charge people to come out and push a button to reset a GFCI when the customer can do it their self. John told me to search my utility room and laundry room and find another GFCI receptacle. He told me once I find the tripped receptacle to reset it and my outdoor receptacle would work. I called Bright Ideas electric because three of my neighbors had been burgularized. I had them install security lighting. They put up 5 motion detector lights. Their skilled techincians covered every shadow on my property with light! I now have 10-90 watt security lights and I sleep alot better now!.

I woke up on a Sunday morning and my water heater didn't work. I called 15-20 different electrical contractors and only got voicemails. Then I called Bright Ideas and John answered.
