I don't usually post a review but (Mark Sargent) excelled with his work. I compared 4 companies for my patio cover with their prices and quality of their work and this company has the cheapest price with best quality. He is the owner of the company "Bright Ideas" so he can give huge discount that will meet your budget but will not compromise his company . Mark came in with his awesome team and redid our substandard patio cover. I might add this is our third cover Bright Ideas has done for us!It came out beautifully and we are very happy! Try Bright Ideas out, you will be very happy!
I had an old pergola with a huge wisteria taken down and a new pergola built. I love it! Mark the owner was available for all my questions and we had Billy and Bryan for the work. Mark’s sons even helped in the delivery of supplies. Everyone was awesome! Now I feel so safe sitting there. Our wisteria was pulling our old pergola down. I would give more than a five star rating.
Mark came to my home to give me an estimate to replace my patio cover. He explained the process and was very professional and detailed the work that needed to be done. Billy and Brian work great together and they installed a fan and two outlets to accommodate some lanterns I wanted to hang in the perfect spots. My backyard looks amazing and the patio is beautiful thanks to Bright Ideas.
I called for a patio quote from Bright Ideas Design Center and Mark came to my house on our appointment day and he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and took his time to explain every detail to ensure he understood what I wanted. He made recommendations and we talked about different ideas and he provided me a quote.
