Man - coming from a sub contractor stand point and doing the egress on my own home..I obviously did my research before purchasing my windows. That still did prepare me for what came next - I am incredibly BLOWN away by Stephanie’s customer service / knowledge / helpfulness and guidance throughout the whole purchase! I purchased this egress window with cover and the installation was super easy. Everything fit well and worked exactly as expected. Very happy with the purchase!
I finished off the basement of a house we remodeled and needed to add a egress window in the two bedrooms. I found Bright Ideas online after looking at a lot of other options. The price seemed fair and the online videos were very helpful in making my decision to go with them Stephanie helped with ordering the correct size and everything went very smoothly from having the windows delivered to the very simple installation. I would definately use them again.
