Their services are horrible. Nothing but cable problems and internet problems for 2 years. Their services are not worth what they charge. If there was another cable company here I would of left Brighthouse years ago. Nothing like a monopoly.
My nomination for the world's worst customer service! I've been stood up by there service techs too many times. I've waited far too long on the phone (15-20minutes average). I've even been told, while on hold that they are too busy, "call back later." I am in the service business (Registered Nurse) and understand about customer service. This is the worst customer service I've ever been subjected to running on three plus years now. Is this the USSR or is it the USA.
