My son had a backup care at the silicon valley center before his new school started. He got excellent care in the center. As my son did not speak English, the teacher was very patient with him. When I pick him up every day, I always saw a cheerful face. The principal is also very understanding and caring. We have had a wonderful time being part of the Bright Horizons at Silicon Valley campus — both our daughters went through their program for many years. Our younger daughter is now wrapping up her time at the center as she will start at TK. We cannot thank the center enough — exceptional management, caring teachers, and a warm and welcoming space that provides ample space for outdoor play. I cannot believe that a school this expensive treat students so irresponsibly. The school accepted us as a back up care family, which means we only attend this school for 3 days during the break. When my 3 year old child arrived in the morning, obviously crying as she arrived at a brand new environment, there was no proactive gesture to care for her at all.
