Customer Service & Quality on STEROIDS! Where do I begin… I bought a newly-built home. To say the least, I was overwhelmed and on a strict budget. All I wanted to do is move in and not deal with anything else. HOWEVER, that’s not how it works. Josh never responded back to us, refused to answer any questions. Very disappointing.
They are incredibly knowledgeable and provide excellent advice on backyard design and plant ideas. Their team transformed our backyard beautifully! Additionally, their construction crew is very respectful and maintains our property in pristine condition.
I had a huge project on my corner house, which was covered in bad drainage, bumpy lawn & overgrown weeds. BHL was easily the best company I have hired since I bought my house. From the start, the office staff & communication was incredible & amazing designer Nick intuitively knew what I was describing & took measurements & showed me the CAD design which was perfectly displaying what was in my mind.
