However, when I exercised my legal right under California Business and Professions Code Section 7191 to decline the arbitration clause in their Home Improvement Agreement, the company terminated our working relationship rather than proceed without it. I can't recommend Bright Home Landscapes enough! My designer, Anastasia, was incredibly kind and communicative from the very first phone call. This was my first big home project and I greatly appreciated the clear communication every step of the way from everyone involved. My backyard went from a jungle of weeds to a drought friendly, succulent filled dream! Thank you, Anastasia and the Bright Home team, for all of your help and hard work!

Finding a company that could do design has been a real challenge especially for where we are located in southern CA. I came across Bright Home Landscapes Instagram and immediately reached out. The office team was so helpful, preparing me for a remote design process. I was able to send over my plot plans for them to use and images of my backyard. This company is not recommended by me or anyone I know. They were contracted to fix a broken water line at the base of the water spout in my front yard. They charged $200, and sent out two people who did the worst job possible. They had to go to the store twice to replace a 1" pvc pipe and hose bib. The work they left was awful. The Pic was not braced to the wall, and it was left stained and looking like it was broken. When it broke a month later, they refused to repair it for less than $200. Horrible company.

We hired Bright Home to renovate our backyard. Kyler was our designer and I can’t say enough good things about him and his process. He was very responsive and communicative. He came out right away for a first meeting and took measurements, set expectations and timeline. I commend him for his consultative sales approach. He was honest and forthright.
