I was fortunate to meet Dr. Sean Lennox Doctor of Audiology at Bright Hearing, after visiting two other well-known hearing centers. From the start, he put me at ease and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Sean is an excellent communicator who listens attentively, and it quickly became clear that he is highly knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about his work. Sean is a very kind and knowledgeable person and looks at all details to make sure your hearing aids are adjusted to be 100 % suited to your needs. I had other technicians adjust my hearing aids and completely screwed them up. But Sean fixed the problem right away. I could not imagine going to anyone but him.
Sean's service was exceptional. He took time evaluating my hearing loss, explaining various hearing devices options, providing me with the opportunity to test various hearing devices, answering all my questions and adjusting and programming hearing aids exactly to my specifications and needs. Highly recommended.
Nothing but great service and understanding from Sean and the staff. Sean really takes the time to go over and explain everything his doing when either replacing your hearing aids or having them serviced. Highly recommend them
