Bright Funeral Home is a nightmare to work with What a Nightmare! I had a completely different experience working with the staff. They made a very difficult situation even more difficult. I spent hours on the phone with other agencies to try to rectify the mess they caused. Eventually with intervention from the governors office I was able to get what I needed. Staff hung up on me, were rude and unprofessional. We still have not received services that we paid for. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
Great Losing a loved one is never easy. The people that I had to work with during one of the hardest times was just handled with such care and understanding. Their employees were God sent.
?Nice Losing a loved one for me was hard enough to even think of how everything should be done. I lost my grandmother with the help of the staff it was as pleasant knowing they cared and having a great experience with the outcome I would suggest this home to anyone!
