I have been coming to Bright Eyes Vision Clinic for a few years now and always leave very pleased with my experience. The Doctors are always very attentive and concerned with any issues I may have and I never feel rushed or that my issues are ever just brushed off or dismissed, and I am so grateful for that. I waited 50 minutes in the exam room I had to go twice out of my room telling the staff that we still there. Doctor came only talking to my 7 years old child as if I don’t exist. She finally looked at me and explained few things Fyi This appointment was taken 2 months prior Very bad experience

I recently visited Bright Eyes Vision Clinic for a comprehensive eye exam, and I can honestly say it was one of the best healthcare experiences I've ever had. Loved our experience here for my two young daughters. We were checked in promptly and left with everything we needed. Dr Tran could not have made their experience any better. So calm and patient and was able to get through it all in a timely manner. We were checked out by Bernice who was very lovely and assisted with our frame choice! Everyone here is an absolute delight and would highly recommend to anyone with children!
