Notice that the 1-star reviews are more recent than the positive ones. My experience very much validated this pattern. I came here because they take VSP, but neither of the reception staff had any idea of how to look insurance up using my SSN (as every other optometrist and dentist has done for several years now with no issue). I have never in my life had such a terrible experience at an eye clinic. I'll start by saying the initial appointment with the doctor was fantastic. She was actually the best. I was thrilled with that initial experience so much so that I'm shocked by what I've been through sinceĺĺ then. Three weeks later and I haven't heard anything about my glasses or contacts. I called, and I'm told that they have the lenses but need me to bring in the frames I bought for them. I never left the clinic with the frames. Why would I take fram... read more
Staff is perfectly fine. Not sure what other reviews are talking about. I think people are blaming them for problems they don't have control over. Went there because they take Medicare and got exactly what I needed.
