I have been here twice for contact lens's, both times it took forever to get them and there was zero communication from them. Save yourself some time and frustration by going somewhere else.
07/01/2025 I'm not sure what everyone is talking about with the staff being rude but I had an appointment today even brought all my kids and wife and the staff and the doctors were awesome

Notice that the 1-star reviews are more recent than the positive ones. My experience very much validated this pattern. I came here because they take VSP, but neither of the reception staff had any idea of how to look insurance up using my SSN (as every other optometrist and dentist has done for several years now with no issue).
