I have been seeing Dr. Kirkland for over 10 years, and never was I disappointed. Dr. Kirkland is knowledgeable and ethical. She is one of the best eye doctors I have ever seen, known and heard about. I had some issues getting my glasses but a calm head and a little patience prevailed!! My confidence in Bright Eyes Optical has been restored and I feel that all that could be done to rectify the situation was done and I’m happy and grateful!
I am a first timer at this place and it is horrible. Had the worst experience trying to replace my glasses only because I was trying to stay local. Worst place ever. Customer service is at an all time don't care rate of 1. Long hold on telephone calls. I still can't get my glasses to this day after 9 months. Terrible terrible service. Don't go there I have the worst experience. Still have no glasses and paid my money in full nine to ten months ago!
I am not rating them now. They are not Customer Friendly. They serve many of my Family members. In the near future I do not want their service. I am having difficulty receiving money that Dr. kirkland owe me.
