Blown away by how easy and smooth the first appointment went for my 2 year old. I was so nervous about it, but everyone on staff were so great and friendly and Dr. Beth was incredible with him. He actually had fun because she made it like she was playing with him and not actually doing an exam. They know what they are doing!
Super impressed with doctor, staff, eyewear selection, and service from start to finish. It’s hard to find this kind of service these days.
I walked in today to exchange a pair of glasses that I just purchased and they made the process super easy. I also had a headache from putting on the wrong contacts and they gave me a trial pair of my script to get me thru and my headache instantly relieved. I love this office and the staff always a good experience.
I love Brighteyes on linebaugh ave. DR Beth is amazing with Finn (22m) and ava (6yrs) Finn having Down Syndrome.. Dr Beth uses a very gentle, soft approach and made sweet noises to keep his attention.. and the Staff there! They are AMAZING, So attentive! We drive 50min because the staff is fabulous and they carry the frames that fit my son!
Dr. Nate and his wife went the extra mile for our son when he wasn't even a patient to help us get an eye patch that would fit his small face to treat his lazy eye.
