We got estimates from four solar companies, and BrightEye Solar was the least pushy. Our electricity costs 20¢ per kwh from PECO, and we use 22,000 kwh per year. BrightEye installed a system with a guaranteed 16,500 kwh annual output for loan payments of $241/month, which means we break even on costs immediately, even without the Solar Tax Credit. They are not good to work with they install your system get you to pay full price but they don't tell you that you don't benefit from solar until your electrical company come out an changes your meter who knows when they will be make sure you check on this before you pay them where do you go pay the total cost an not know when your going to get it I would check with other solar companies before using this one this like buying a car from a dealer they deliver it you pay an then after u pay they tell o buy the way it won't wor... read more
This company did not install my solar panels but were able to repair them when another local company couldn't. The employees are knowledgeable and I'm satisfied with the work that was performed.
Their employees are absolutely reckless with their work and equipment
Did my google/reddit research and reached out to a couple Solar companies in May of 2025. Bright Eye was one of those I selected and they were quick to reply. Josh was the one that answered and I must have sent twenty emails with a couple phone calls mixed in there. He usually replied within the hour. Looking back, I was probably a PITA customer, but Josh never treated me like one. I apparently asked some more technical questions and he was happy to answer.
