I have had my installation for 9 months and I am happy with the quality of work, communication, and results from Bright Eye. When I had issues with the micro inverters, Corie was punctual and got my system triaged and remediated. Would recommend.
Bright Eye got my 10 year old solar array working at its full potential and installed a new solar array at my property at the end of last year. My first 2 monthly Met Ed bills were $10 each. When all of the PUC agreements and approvals cleared in the third month I had a $150 credit on my Met Ed bill. This happened because of the good work Bright Eye Solar did and because I chose to go Solar at 100% of my annual power usage.
Bright Eye Solar is a great, local company, with local employees who care about us as customers. I loved my experience with BES and all of the folks I had a chance to interact with. From Sales with Michael, to Project Management with Russell and Britani, to Zach and the install crew and finally, with Caleb wrapping things up as an account manager, my experience was awesome. What ever has happened at the Lancaster Branch in the last few months has really put a question mark on their service team.. My System has beenout since Mid June 2025 with still no resolution.. except excuse after excuse.. buyer beware.
